I like this is more about Amino's than tons of energy boosters. Having some dietary fiber is an added bonus. Recently purchased this in replacement of name brand Pre workout. This blows them out of the water. Way more BCCA than most. Limited caffeine which is great as there is just enough to help push the ingredients.
