Before to buy I've read a lot about it's beneficial features, and I am so happy from the moment I started to use. For my face: use it mostly as a night cream, can use it alone or under my main night or day cream as my skin is very dry but does not like the fatty ingredient in any creams. But this oil I even do not feel on my face, so light, absorb very quickly and when you wash your face in the morning it is like a velvet))) Amazing feeling!!! For my hair: I use it as a mask before a shower, and mostly for the dry ends. Just one word - SUPER!!! I was looking for something different and natural (no chemicals) that would make my skin soft and I found this. I just put maybe a teaspoon or so in a hot bath along with a little glycerin to help it blend in, and then just pat dry when I get out.
